Yes & No. we do set up jumper and canopies but we do not set up tables and chairs. Table and chairs will be placed aside for you and you can set them up however you would like. Please note that tables and chairs must be broken down and placed aside before we come to pick up your items.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet close by to where the jumper will be placed.
Please note that if the jumper is not close to an electrical outlet and it will require an extension cord you will be responsible for providing an extension cord. Extension cords longer then 50 ft are not recommended.

Unfortunately we do not service parks. the reason we do not service parks is because parks usually require specific timing as far as drop off and pick up goes. We typically ask for a 3 or 4 hour window to drop off your order in order to insure that we are able to schedule our orders properly to get everyone's order for them on time. Parks make this a little more difficult because people usually do not want to be waiting around 3 or 4 hours at a park waiting for there Party Rental Equipment. The same situation presents itself at pick up
Another situation that sadly is something we have to worry about is the possibility of theft. Luckily I have not ran into this situation but I have had fellow party rental friends that have. I am not willing to risk my inventory in order to rent to a park, for these few reason I have chosen not to service parks

At this time we only except cash payment. No deposit is required. We always strive to make every rental Fun & Easy and we do not want to give you the inconvenience of having to drive anywhere to leave a deposit. Payment will be due cash when we deliver your rental equipment.
Here at Manny's Party Rentals we go based off of the honor system. We ask that you please do not book your order unless you are absolutely sure you want to move forward with us. We know that situations arise and when they do there will not be any charges for canceling your order. We ask that you please notify us as soon as possible when you will have to cancel your order in order to give other customers a chance to rent the equipment that was put aside for you.

The sizes of the Jumpers will depend on which one you choose for your rental. Please note the space required for each jumper we will be on the required space on the page of each jumper rental. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. (This part is very important if a jumper does not fit we will still have to charge you for the jumper because we would have put it aside for you) Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call us at 626-232-395 to discuss options for setup
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. If you want us to set up a jumper more then 10 ft away from an outlet you will need to provide an extension cord.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt although dirt is not recommend, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
When you book your order online you will recieve and email confirming that you have booked your order. If you wish to call us just to make sure your order went through please feel free 626-232-3925. Once it gets closer to your rental date we will contact you to workout a timeframe for both pick up and drop off. On the day of your event we will text you or call you when we are on our way to drop off your rentals. When we arrive to drop off your rentals we will set up your bounce house or canopy rentals wherever you would like as long as our equipment will be safe where you have choosen to place it. We place table and chairs aside for you so that you can set up however you would like (we do not set up and break down tables and chairs) Once we have dropped off your rentals payment will be due cash please note payment is paid cash when we drop off not when we pick up. if for any reason during your rental you need to get a hold of us you can always do so by calling us at 626-232-3925. when we pick up your order we usually call or text to let you know we are on our way to pick up. Although it is prefered if someone is there for pick up it is not a requirement. We can pick up your rentals without nobody being home as long as we have gotten your permision to do so. If the weather shows it might rain but we are not worried about it on the day of your event. We will call you on the day of your event or before we drop off your order to ask you if you would still like to move forward with the rental. if you decide you would like to move forward with the rental once we deliver, the rental would be final and there will be no refunds even if it rains.
